2. Working Principle:
The screw feeder detects the weight of the material passing through the weighing bridge to determine the weight of the material on the tape. The digital speed sensor installed at the tail of the screw feeder continuously measures the speed of the feeder. The pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to the speed of the feeder, and the speed signal and the weight signal are sent to the feeder controller together. The processor processes and generates and displays cumulative/instantaneous traffic. The flow rate is compared with the set flow rate. The output signal of the control instrument controls the frequency converter to change the driving speed of the feeder, so that the flow rate of the material on the feeder changes, approaching and maintaining the set flow rate, thus realizing the requirement of quantitative feeding.
3. Use and maintenance:
If the feeder is used for proportioning and quantitative feeding, in order to ensure the uniformity and stability of feeding and prevent material flow, it should be installed horizontally. If the general material is continuously fed, it can be installed at a downward slope of 10 degrees. For viscous materials and materials with high moisture content, the installation can be tilted down by 15 degrees.
B. After installation, the feeder should have 20 mm moving clearance, horizontal and flexible connection for suspension device.
C. Before aerial test, all bolts should be strengthened once, especially the vibration electromagnetic anchor bolts. They should run continuously for 3-5 hours and be re-tightened once.
D. During the test run, the two vibration motors must be rotated.
E. When feeding, the stability of amplitude, current and noise should be checked regularly during operation, and the abnormal should be stopped in time to deal with.
F. Lubricating oil should be added once every 2 months for AMB, and once a month for high temperature season.
